- Free shipping is available to all orders totaling USD $70.00 or more before taxes. Orders are still subject to a 1-3 business day processing time.
- At AspenClean, our aim is to ensure 100% satisfaction with your order. We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less any shipping charges). Returns can be made to either our Vancouver or Toronto offices via mail or in-person drop-off. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return. One of our team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Be sure to include: Your name, your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- AspenClean ships via Canada Post or by courier. Orders under 380g will be shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail. Most larger orders will be shipped as a Canada Post Regular Parcel. All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you have ordered. Should orders require additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order, customers will be contacted before any such charge is added.

- Subscription details
You can adjust your account and manage your subscription by following these steps:
- Log into your Account
- Choose "Manage Subscriptions"
- Click next to the Subscription Item. Your next shipment date will appear at the top. You can change the next shipment date, adjust the frequency, cancel or skip shipments.
To cancel your subscription, sign into your account here and go to the "Subscriptions" tab. Then, next to each product you want to cancel, click "Edit" to cancel/deactivate the subscription
Make sure you cancel each product that you would no longer like to receive 2 days before your renewal date to make sure the order does not process. Unfortunately, any cancellations received after the order confirmation goes through will only cancel the future shipments. Contact a team member as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch your package before it leaves our warehouse, but any orders that have already shipped would be subject to our Refund & Return policy
