Can I find AspenClean products in stores?

Yes! Our products are available in the selected stores throughout Canada.

As of now, our products are unfortunately not available on a retail level to our US customers.

Shipping and returns

Where do we ship?

Our products can be shipped to every state in the US as well as all across Canada.

AspenClean products are also available in selected retail stores throughout Canada.

If you are located in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto, you can also pick up products at our local office. Please contact us for more information.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Shipping is automatically free for all orders over $70 (including discounts).

Can I return AspenClean products?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment source. Please note that we only accept returns of items purchased directly from our website and returned products must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

You can return your items via mail or in-person drop-off at one of our offices located in Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto. Make sure to include your name, order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason for the return in the package.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Contact us with your order number and the changes you wish to make, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can’t log into your account?

If you are experiencing problems logging into your account, try to reset your password.

How do I apply my discount code?

Your discount code can be applied at the checkout.

Please note, you can only use one discount code at a time. The discount codes cannot be used in combination with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How can I check the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Follow this tracking number for the latest delivery updates. 

I need to change the delivery address, but my order has been shipped. What now?

Please be advised that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications to it. We recommend contacting the courier directly to request any changes or updates to your delivery address. The courier will be best equipped to assist you with any shipping-related inquiries or concerns you may have.

How does the subscription program work?

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can easily modify your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. You can change your product selection, delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription altogether.

I have a discount code. How can I apply it to my subscription products?

Sign in to your account, click on Manage Subscriptions, click on any of your subscription products, click on the button apply discount, insert the code and you are all set for more savings.

Is it possible to order a one-time product when I am on subscription?

Absolutely. You can order a one- time product even when you are on subscription. You can easily add a one-time product to your next regular delivery. Make sure to do so when you are signed in to your account and manage your subscription. Adding a product will give you the option to choose either one time product or a subscription product.

With AspenClean rewards program, you are collecting points with every purchase you make. You can get additional points by following our social media, providing the reviews or referring a friend. Remember, your points are redeemable for attractive discounts on future purchases.

Where can I see how many points I have?

You can check your points balance by logging in to your account. Click on Access my Rewards button. There you can access the complete information about your points balance and eligible discounts for your future purchases. 

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points for discounts, log in to your AspenClean account and click on the "Access My Rewards" section. On the rewards page, select the number of points you wish to redeem for the discount and enjoy the savings.
